I also unchecked "Lock the toolbar" for the top toolbar to rearrange things as I wanted and locked it back. ![]() Close out of the windows and get back to the primary foobar2000 window and make sure "Enable layout editing mode" is enabled and under Visualisation (1) I right-clicked the VU Meter element then selected "Replace UI Element" and picked "Album Art Viewer" from the list of options and resized the album art viewer element accordingly so album art will be displayed appropriately. now if only there were a remote for foobar like the itunes. with 64bit windows 7 there is no wasapi for media monkey so i stopped using that although at work I use MM with asio with windows xp. I have been using WASAPI with foobar into my benchmark dac for several months and it is superb sound and worth the 'inconvenience' of some foobar things. I chose "Slim View +Tabs" then hit "Apply" / "OK". excellent i finally got album art displayed. Under the Theme Management section, click "Quick Setup" then in the window that appears you can select from pre-defined layouts. To get my layout you should just go to File > Preferences, then in the window that comes up, expand "Display" then select "Default User Interface". If you go to View > Layout > Enable layout editing mode, you can then right-click on elements in the UI and make changes to them as you see fit. There is also a non-panel version of this component (fooalbumlist) which has essentially the same features. I don't know how complex of a dark theme you were looking for but for mine I just adjusted the colors in the settings to come up with this, I didn't really want to dig into all the advanced options. Displays the database in a tree view using customizable sorting methods (by genre, artist, directory, etc.).
